In this hands-on class, you will learn how to make, ferment, prepare, shape and assemble your own pizza dough from scratch! You will be provided with class materials, recipes and in-person instruction and demonstration on how to create your own restaurant quality pizza. Apron up and learn the different techniques on shaping pizzas & give it a try yourself! In addition to getting your hands on fresh dough, we will make some pizzas to sample and each person will leave with a take-home pizza kit that includes a dough ball, fresh mozzarella, sauce & basil to make your own pizza at home!
