We are a small, family run Sourdough Wood-Fired Pizza Trailer
operating out of Franklin, NC.  
We make Artisan Sourdough Pizza.  Similar to the Neo-Neapolitan Style.
The pizzas are cooked in a 100% wood burning oven.  
We use a homemade all sourdough crust that is made from non-GMO, organic,
NC-milled flour from Lindley Mills.  
We strive to use the highest quality ingredients available to provide an exceptional pizza experience!
